Returns Refunds & Exchanges
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact support via email at dumirami@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
Refunds are accepted within 15 days of the order delivery date. To qualify, items must be in unwashed and unworn condition, with attached tags and stickers.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
Upon meeting the specified qualifications, in-store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed exclusively as in-store credit.
- Returns must meet the specified qualifications to be eligible for a refund.
- Please note that refunds will not be provided for packages lost, stolen, or subject to delayed delivery. For assistance with such cases, kindly contact your local post office.
EXCHANGES
Due to the swift sell-out of Dumi Rami products, we do not offer exchange services. However, you have the option to return your item and receive in-store credit, enabling you to purchase the desired variant. For further details, please refer to the RETURNS section.
